Policies

Order Information

You may place orders on-line anytime 24x7 including Weekends and Holidays.

All orders ship within 24 business hours or less under normal circumstances.

If an order is placed on a Weekend or Holiday it will ship the next business day.

Our same day shipping cutoff time is 2:00 PM EST.

A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships.

If you placed an order and need to cancel, please contact us ASAP. As long as your order has not been fulfilled you can cancel it at anytime. If your order has already been shipped you still have the right to cancel, but you will have to refuse the package and it will be returned at your expense and you will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
It may take in upwards of 10 business days for a credit to post back to your account after an order cancellation.

Canada buyers are welcomed. S&H will be determined at time of order. Payment can be made via PayPal or bank wire transfer. Please contact us to place your order.

All other International customers are welcomed. Payment must be made via bank wire transfer. We can only ship to you if you have a UPS, FedEx, or DHL shipping account number therefore you will be responsible for all shipping fees incurred. Please contact us to place your order.

Pricing, availability, sales tax, and S&H are all subject to change.

EgrisTech proudly accepts PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and DiscoverCard.

Our website is secured with SSL encryption technology provided by Thawte for your protection.

Bank wire transfers are required for all orders over $10,000.00 USD. Please email us to inquire about placing an order that exceeds this limit.

Order Acceptance Policy

The advertisement of any product on this site does not constitute an offer to sell. Your order receipt does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute an approved order confirmation. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order. All on-line orders must obtain a pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment as established by our credit guidelines. We may require additional verification or information before processing your order.

We may also require a legible copy of your Credit Card and Valid Drivers License or Photo ID to be emailed to protect us against fraudulent orders as well as a signed copy of our Credit Card Authorization Form regardless of total order value.

It is strongly recommended that your shipping address be on file with your credit card company to avoid any additional order interruptions.

Shipping & Handling

We charge S&H based on the actual incurred shipping costs. During the Checkout process, the estimated S&H cost is automatically calculated based on approximate weight and dimensions and may sometimes vary to that of the actual S&H total. The true S&H total is calculated and charged at the time your order is shipped. Please note that an additional S&H charge may be applicable if the estimated S&H cost calculated during Checkout differs from that of the actual shipping charged. You will be notified via email confirming the final charges.

Shipping insurance is not included in the S&H total but is available for an additional charge. If you need shipping insurance please contact us for a quote or adjustment.

Some orders may require an adult signature for high price item values. The carrier will only make three attempts at delivery before returning the package to us. If the item is returned to us it will be at your expense and we will not be held liable for the return charges or applicable fees. You will also be charged a 20% restocking fee before the credit is issued.

We only ship via UPS, FedEx, or DHL. We do not ship via USPS.

If you need shipping to an APO, MPO, FPO, or PO Box address we may be able to help you at our sole discretion. Please contact us before ordering for assistance.

We do not offer will call pickup at this time.

Transit Time

Ground: Delivery in 5 - 7 business days.
3 Day Express: Delivery in 3 business days.
2 Day Express: Delivery in 2 business days.
1 Day Express PM: Delivery in 1 business day ETA by 3:30 PM.
1 Day Express AM: Delivery in 1 business day ETA by 10:30 AM.

Sales Tax

FL buyers are subject to 6.5% state sales tax. FL tax exempt resellers are welcomed. Please scan and email us a copy of your current signed FL tax exempt certificate.

Product Availability

The availability information presented on our site is the best and most current information we have; the information provided does not constitute a guarantee or promise of availability. If a product you have ordered is not available for shipment, you will be notified as soon as possible.

Return Policy

We strongly recommend that you have read, understand, and agree with our complete return policy before you place your order.

We offer a 15 day return policy on all items purchased on this website unless specified otherwise. The 15 day return policy starts from the original ship date of your invoice. Absolutely no exchanges or refunds after 15 days as all sales are final.

We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee on all returns including unopened items.

An RMA number is required for all returned items. Please email us with your complete original order information to inquire about returning your order. Also, please send us a thorough description and reason for return.

If an order is refused or returned without an RMA number we will not be held liable for any product damages, theft, lost or misplaced shipments, etc. and you will be charged a 20% restocking fee if said order can be located.

Returns will be credited back to the original method of payment only.

It may take in upwards of 10 business days for a credit to post back to your account after your product has been received.

We do not offer an exchange policy unless your order is defective.

All S&H fees are non-refundable.


We encourage you to open, check, and test your items as soon as you receive your order.


All claims for shortages, damages, missing, lost, or stolen items, product inconsistencies, shipment errors, etc. must be made within 2 days of receipt of shipment.

DOA policy covers most items up to 5 days only.

Items under $100.00 USD in value are non-refundable unless defective.

We do not offer a dead pixel policy on any LCD, Flat Panel, CRT,
Plasma, Tablet, etc. Computer Monitors, TV Monitors, Notebook Laptop Screens, or any other replacement screens. These items are only exchangeable or returnable if truly defective.

Used or reconditioned notebooks, laptops, or UPS batteries are not guaranteed to hold a full capacity charge therefore they are not covered by any exchange or return policy.

Some systems, units, servers, desktops, PC's, towers, computers, notebooks, laptops, etc. may ship without an operating system, operating system license, monitor, keyboard, or mouse. Please read the full description carefully.

Only brand new retail factory sealed servers and systems will include rack mount kits or rails. There is no guarantee that any other servers or system product conditions will include rack mount kits or rails.

Consumable items such as inks, toners, paper, fusers, licenses, open software, sealed software, etc. are not covered by any exchange, return, or warranty policy.

Electronic items such as product licenses, e-licenses, and license activation key codes are also non-refundable.

Warranty Policy

A warranty of 30 days applies to all products sold on this website unless specified otherwise and that warranty is provided by us. Your item may include a limited manufacturers warranty as well. Please note that the manufacturers warranty supersedes our own warranty policy if applicable. If said manufacturer warranty remains, you will be prompted to contact the manufacturer directly for assistance.
